Position: Scrum Master Location: The Woodlands, TX Interview: In-Person (Need Local Candidates) Roles & Responsibilities: 1)     Required Skills/Experience –     Second level Scrum Master certification (PSM II from Scrum.org, CSP-SM from ScrumAlliance). SAFe certification WILL NOT DO. –     3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role –     Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency –     Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) –     The ability to distinguish between what “is Scrum” what is “not Scrum” 2) No need to ask for the test results – they proved to be an ineffective predictor of the quality of submittals. 3) We are not looking for a project manager, so resumes with a heavy project management slant are usually not a good match. 4) Those you received a response for the screen scheduling will be screened, the rest were unsuccessful on this occasion. 5) The final interview for this position will be STRICTLY in person, so local candidates are strongly preferred.     Thanks Divya divya@levanture.com Company Name | Website ‌ ‌ ‌
