5+ Years of IT experience with around 2+ years as Lightning Salesforce.com CRM hands-on experience.
Over 5 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, delivery and production support of application software.
Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform using Visual force, Apex classes with operational analytics, Apex REST Api and quality assurance with emphasis on process improvement.
. Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales cloud using Sales console, live agent, CTI Integration, Lead and Campaign Management . 
. Over 2 years of experience in lightning platform using lightning components, process builder, lightning flow, lightning app and Platform Events. 
. Over 2 years of experience in REST and SOAP based web services. Solid understanding on exposing a service from Salesforce.
Executed Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, Data Utilities, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Support.
