Title: React JS Web Designer & Architect
Location : Woodlawn,MD
Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years designing web-based user interfaces
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Node.js and ReactJS
- Minimum 10 years experience designing and implementing user interfaces using HTML & CSS
- Minimum 2 years experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL;
- Minimum 5 years experience using Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM
Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Building designs and wireframes based on customer requirements
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browser
Qualifications / Skills:
- You should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- You need a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Having proven experience with popular React.js workflows and state management libraries such as Flux or Redux is required
- You should have a strong proficiency in Node.js and its libraries
- Having knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Having familiarity with RESTful APIs is a must
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Docker
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Experience with GIT
- Being comfortable and proficient in a dynamic, agile team environment
- Should have strong experience in architecting React Node solutions
- Should have experience integrating React-based web application with APIs through API gateways
- Should be hands on architect and not just architectural guide
- Experience performing code review
- Should have strong understanding of coding and architectural best practices
