Position : Power BI Developer
Employment Type :: contract
Location: :: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities/Required Skills:
· 5+ years of creating visual dashboards and user interactive reports
· 3+ years of Microsoft BI experience
· 2+ years of Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud) experience
· Work with technical project team and business users to design/develop interactive data visualization, using Power BI, based on business needs
· Gather business requirements for data / analytics reporting
· Design new visualization combining previously disparate data types
· Develop a common data model across multiple data sources and types
· Deep knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Enterprise Gateway and Power BI Mobile
· Strong knowledge of Power BI data querying and modeling capabilities, such as creation of calculated columns, measures, and relationships
· Produce meaningful business insights from large, complex data sets
· Strong communication skills and small group facilitation skills
