Duration : Long Term


Technical/Functional Skills Position: Pega Admin Exp-With Middleware /Unix Commands
Experience Required §  Certified Pega CSA
§  Expert knowledge and experience in PRPC , should have implementation experience in PRPC 7.2
§  Proven implementation experience in integration of Pega in existing / legacy application landscape (at least two implementations)
§  Strong Java/J2EE, SOA background will be a plus
Roles & Responsibilities §  Translate software requirements into concise and robust "Pega Guardrail" compliant PRPC configuration
§  Ensure the implementation has maximum reuse capability
§  Complete Application Configuration
§  Complete Unit Testing
§  Complete Integrated System Testing
§  Build Test Scripts
§  Performance/Pre--Flight/Log File Analysis
Generic Managerial Skills §  Very good communication skills
§  Good Analytical skills
§  Soft skills (working in AGILE team framework)
Education §  A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline (An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement).
