This role demands a thorough understanding of full stack software development best practices, lifecycle and successful deployment of solutions. Ideal candidate would have enterprise experience in software development using multiple languages/frameworks and must be comfortable with both frontend and backend development and be able to write highly performant and testable code. At a minimum this role requires expert knowledge of Java Script (AngularJS) and Python as well as C# or Java. Proficiency in lower level languages such as C and C++ is highly desirable. Experience and high proficiency with data structures and algorithm design is essential. The full stack software developer must have practical knowledge and experience with database integrations, RESTfull API deployment and network interfaces (http, sftp etc.). Cloud deployment experience (Azure, ASW etc.) is essential. The Software engineer must be comfortable and have experience with modern deployment methodologies including containerization (docker etc.) and DevOps (CI/CD) as well as Agile development practices. Knowledge of and experience with deploying machine learning within software applications as well as with cutting edge data transfer technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming etc.) is a huge plus. Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process. Maintain effective communication with any other software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes.
