Job Description: Collect and evaluate sales data and analyzes economic conditions to measure the attainment of sales objectives. This position will assist in the coordination and direct support of quota carrying sales reps and sales leadership through the sales cycle. This includes coordinating, managing and facilitating the delivery of direct sales process support to all quota carrying sales reps and managers in Salesforce.com as well as with other sales related tools. In particular, the analyst will provide support in the following areas:
· Establish a thorough understanding of salesforce.com (SFDC) processes for opportunity and case management
· Identify and drive resolution of root cause issues underlying opportunity stage delays & errors
· Identify process and systems improvements consistent with defined opportunity management strategy and goals.
· Collaborate with the Strategy, Analytics and Reporting team as well as other teams within Sales Enablement to maintain and audit information needed to track opportunities and analyze sales performance results
· Drive automation of sales and SFDC processes to ensure effective and efficient sales cycle workflows across global business functions.
· Prepare commission expense reports and presentations, making recommendations as necessary
· Lead and/or assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned.
· Conduct continuous improvement practices to improve processes using basic lean principles.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Finance, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
· Experience in Financial Systems or sales system
· Strong analytical combined with impeccable business judgment & ability to communicate with seasoned management.
· Demonstrated skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving, and the ability to meet business demands
· Highly Proficient with MS Office Suite of Products (especially in Excel, Access & Powerpoint)
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
· Ability to work flexible working hours when deadlines require it
· Must possess core competencies of communication, innovative outlook and problem analysis.
· 2+ years’ experience developing visualizations and dashboards in Spotfire, InsideSales.com, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau or QlikView
· Experience creating complex visualizations and dashboards incorporating JavaScript, tailored user options such as property controls and customized formulas and interfaces using IronPython.
