Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform using Visual force, Apex classes with operational analytics, Apex REST Api, project management, and quality assurance with emphasis on process improvement.

Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce service cloud using service console, live agent, entitlement management, knowledge management.

Over 2 years of eperience in lightning platform using lightning components, process builder, lightning flow, lightning app and Platform Events.

Executed Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, Data Utilities, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Support.

Packaged and Deployed customizations from Sandbox to other environments using Force.com IDES

Developer needs to o Develop or change Apex Class o Develop or change Visual force page o Perform analysis of the user story to understand o If there is any issue then Debug the class, trigger to identify the problem o To perform these activity employee should have experience in Salesforce Apex programming, Salesforce Administrator knowledge o Industry experience needed for this role: - Communication, Media knowledge is added as project is belongs to that Industry o Years of experience required for each skill o nice-to-have skills :- Salesforce lightning as some of the project working in the lightning incase if there any opportunity they can contribute in the work.
