Hands-on experience modeling P&C Insurance including Claims, Policy, Actuarial Understand and translate business needs into data models Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy. Hands-on experience in enterprise data warehouse and data mart designs to efficiently support BI reports and end user Hands-on experience in both Dimensional modeling and Data vault modeling Hands-on experience in process improvement, normalization/de-normalization, data extraction, data cleansing, data manipulation. Implemented Slowly Changing Dimensions - Type I & II in dimension tables as per the requirements. Hands-on experience in SQL server and Amazon Redshift databases. Maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models along with corresponding metadata. Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.   Good to have Hands-on experience in Amazon S3 bucket storage concepts, back-ups using unload, copy etc Knowledge in BI tools like Informatica, Qlik sense   Exposure to Big data concepts, Data lake     Position #2   Job Title: Accounting BSA Location: Phoenix, AZ Client: Cognizant Job Type: Contract   Job Description Minimum 9+ Years’ experience.
