Job Description:
In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages.
You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan.

Responsibilities:
Analyze project business needs and recommend IT solutions defining the overall IT structure of a program or system, aimed at improving the business, and ensuring all parts of the project run smoothly
Hands on experience in MVC architecture, Web services, RESTful API development using NodeJS
Proven expertise in developing multi-tier web applications that easily scales up to 500 users
Sound knowledge of source code management and version control system tools like VSS, TFS, SVN, Github
Ability to develop project plans using MS Project and meeting target dates consistently
Ability to interact with Canadian and USA customers to gather requirements related to new features, new modules, interfaces and product enhancements
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate complex quality concepts
Ability to manage team of 8-10 developers and mentor them OR work independently
Solid experience in an agile development environment
