Onbase configurations experience, ECM Experience, Land Suite domain experience with tools like Quorum

Job Discription:
The lead support person will work with project team and work on last minute configuration updates to Onbase.
He will also be required to work with the offshore team in India. The person will be working with the Vendor to understand all the issues and fixes that are in place for Phase one.
In scope support Activities:
Monitoring Servers/Server Reset
Validating Imports
Error resolution
Tickets - Simple (User Creation)
Tickets - Medium (Data update)
Tickets Complex (fixing user specific issues)
Bug Fixes and coordination with vendor
Production Support Issues/Incidents
Change Requests coordination
CI activities
