As the application support lead, resolve day to day incidents/defects reported by the users. Lead the incident/defect analysis and put together data for why the incidents/defects are higher than baseline, which areas/features/capabilities are most affected and why. Drive the major root causes to solution by facilitating meetings and proposing technology solutions to platform architect. Help the client to implement new process governance for day to day delivery.
Need to be onsite only. No remote.
