- Interfacing with process champions on end to end - Gathering requirements, development, test, deployment and transition for ongoing support
- 3-4 years of development experience in ServiceNow
- Experience in ServiceNow Plugin enablement and intermodule dependency
Skills and knowledge needs: - Experience in ITAM Module OOB ServiceNow – Kingston or later version
- Experience in deployment of ITAM Process and interface/overlay with Config Mgmt
- Full end to end knowledge of aligning and showcasing user requirements (Asset & CI lifecycle process) – and walkthrough in the ServiceNow tool
- Expert knowledge of SACM (ITIL) Process and its alignment in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Product catalog, interface between Asset, Config and Service Request Management processes
- Knowledge of multiple tools Integration. Usage of REST and integration API tool (with SCCM etc)
- Certified ServiceNow admin
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Drive the validation tasks against requirements for the developed functionality
- Test / Review of the configured system functions against requirements
