Role: Automation Tester with DevOps
Work Location: Bloomington, IL
Contract duration: 12 Months
Visa: At this point we are not accepting OPT, CPTs
Must Have Skills:
1. Strong Software Engineering and test principles
2. Experience developing & implementing test frameworks
3. Experience using Selenium webdriver, UFT Lean FT, HP QC ALM, VersionOne, SOAP UI & GitLab. (Current in house tools)
Nice to have skills:
1. Prior experience with automation test engineering within a DevOps pipeline for CICD experience with GitLab preferred
2. 3+ years whole test automation experience, from start to finish (design, development, execution, analysis, communication of results, maintenance)
Detailed Job Description:
- Assist in assessing our current state, help to define our target state help to establish standards metrics.
- Help to accommodate automated testing into our current environment configuration Build and maintain automation tests that will validate functionality and identify defects prior to production release.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to help define implement automated testing best practices and build them into their biweekly sprints.
- Help to coordinate with establish a small team of automation
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
