Job requirements/Skill Set:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree or related disciplines.

· Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a business analyst or in a similar capacity with Pharmaceutical clients.

· Exceptional working knowledge of processes within the commercial operations of pharmaceutical domain.

· Build relationships with key Commercial business stakeholders across marketing, field, forecasting, specialty pharmacy Ops and patient services to enable smooth execution of the projects.

· Define project scope and deliverable to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and commercial stakeholders.

· Ability to quickly understand business requirements.

· Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, but also as part of a team.

· Good business judgement, logical problem solving and an excellent eye for detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and project deliverables.

· Proven track record of meeting project timelines/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines, and quality results.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to present complex configuration design concepts into clear and concise requirements.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must.

· Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.

· Pharmaceutical commercial operations and data expertise (IMS NPA/Longitudinal Patient Flow/Xponent/DDD/Claims/Payer, Specialty Pharmacy, Symphony, HMS, LiquidHub)
