1. Bachelors or Master’s degree or specialized training / equivalent work experience

2. Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

3. Experience with Agile and waterfall project methodologies

4. 5+ years technical expertise in ETL based applications like Talend (MUST HAVE), Informatica, Abinitio, Teradata, High volume Real time & Batch application processing as well as people & data warehouse application management experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation

5. Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technology stacks as HDFS, Hbase, Hive, Pig, Spark, Scala, Cloudera etc

6. Lead designs & solutions across Agile teams to ensure consistency and robustness and present solution approaches to IT, product owners and business stakeholders

7. Evolve application technologies aligned to target state roadmap while maintain current state

8. Demonstrate ability to write and optimize SQL code and stored procedure

9. Strong conceptual, communications and technical skills
