Detailed job description
The candidate should have good working knowledge in the following areas
•             Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Foundation Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
•             IT Business Management (ITBM)
•             Strong skills in Service now
•             Service Now certificate will be preferable.
