Location: Rochester Hills, Michigan - On-site for 2 weeks and potential remote work after

Duration: 3+ months

Start Date: Sometime between Feb.15 and March 1, 2019

Rate Range: $90 /hr C2C or 1099

Citizenship: GC or H1B is okay

 

The candidate should be excellent at communication (verbal and written). Responsible to understand the business processes of the customer and map the same to the JDE product and give a satisfactory solution to the client. Work with users to identify and redefine of the processes and propose a solution. The candidate is expected to work on Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs & Support projects. The candidate should have Hands on experience in respective modules with good domain knowledge.

 

Role: JD Edwards' HRMS Consultant Experience:  10 – 15 Years

 

General Information:

Experience in implementation, roll out, support, upgrade, solution building & niche consulting in HCM modules for complex business verticals.

Expertise in Oracle JD Edwards Human Capital Management Modules – HCM Foundation, US & Canadian Payroll, Time & Labor, Leave Management, Employee & Manager Self-service, Performance & Competency Management.

Good Understanding of JDE Finance module.

Experience on integrating JDE payroll with Third Party time keeping system

Hands on experience on reporting tools

Expertise on providing country specific HR & payroll solutions

 

Areas of Solution Expertise and Specialization:

Played multiple roles – Implementation & Support Consultant, Lead and Project Manager in JD Edwards's implementation, roll – out, upgrade, divestiture and support projects.

Worked with different client IT operating models – Service delivery lead model and Plan-Build-Run model.

Worked with clients in Engineering, Construction, Government and Real Estate business.
