Hi, Hope you are doing well, We have urgent requirement for you, please find details below…   Role: Senior Application Security engineer  Location: west chester,PA Duration: 6 month+ Job Responsibilities :- Ø  Work closely with application development and platform teams to help formulate and implement existing strategy for software security that is tailored to the specific risks facing the organization Ø  Conduct application security control assessments, and identify security control gaps Ø  Work closely with developers to diagnose, document, and remediate application security vulnerabilities. Ø  Engagement security SME for additional guidance and recommendation around software security vulnerabilities Ø  Support and maintain a balanced application security program based on a well - defined application security framework Ø  Review security assessment results produced by dynamic / automated code reviews tools Ø  Ensure application design and implementation best - practice with role - based and appropriate access standards, as well as integration with Identity and Access Management environments Ø  Ensure compliance with regulatory, and industry standards for application security Ø  Continuously evaluate the organizations existing application security practices, define and measure security - related activities, and demonstrating concrete improvements to the application assurance program within the organization Ø  Provide secure application development training to developers and provide guidance on the development of web - based training for ongoing awareness Ø  Conduct code reviews and penetration testing as necessary Ø  Develop and maintain unit and integration tests designed to ensure security controls are tested on every build Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience  Ø  5 years experience as an Application Security Analyst, Security Assessments, Vulnerability Assessment, Application Pen Testing, etc Ø  Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver Ø  College degree with advanced degree preferred Ø  Possess strong business acumen with ability to work with application development , QA and security teams Ø  A strong understanding of application security frameworks Ø  Thorough knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 Ø  Must have a solid understanding of application security code reviews and penetration testing Ø  Practical understanding and use of commercial application security tools Ø  Strong self - starter who has the ability to operate independently Ø  Has solid understanding and experience with establishing application security policies across an organization Ø  Excellent oral / written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leadership; Ø  Proficiency in preparation of presentations, analytical reports , and documents regarding program operational status Ø  Understanding and Passion for Agile / Scrum Ø  Understanding of Continuous Integration / Testing / Delivery - DevOps Ø  Familiarity with GitHub and Jenkins is preferred   Thanks & regards, Ganesh ganesh@rnritsolutions.com  PH : 4693275589.
