JC: 775167 JD: Knowledge of microprocessor based embedded systems. * Strong knowledge on Python/Perl scripting language. * Knowledge of communication data protocols (such as SPI, I2C, serial/UART, TCP/UDP/IP, etc.) * Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components. * Knowledge of basic electronics required; must be comfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc. to debug the hardware/software interface. * Must be familiar with standard OS features (e.g. threading and concurrency, memory management, device drivers, I/O, etc). * Comfortable with common development tools: environments, compilers, build management software, debugging and source control tools, etc. * Exposure to software requirements for FDA or regulatory body submittals.Preferred Experience: * Experience implementing software for medical products * Electronics experience is a strong plus Working knowledge of Micrium OS * Background in motor control system design specifically with brushless DC motors. * Familiarity with sensors, signal processing, controls, power electronics, motor drives or robotics is desirable * Experience reviewing, porting, and integrating third-party code, and/or using application frameworks, preferred * Familiarity with IEC 62304 standard Benedsoft is the global technology services division of Bened Software Services Inc, one of America's premier commercial and industrial houses, with strategic equity participation .
