Detailed job description
·         Splunk Monitoring – Solution Design and Architect knowledge expert level
·         AppDynamics Monitoring – Solution Design and Architect knowledge expert level
·         Expertise in managing Splunk and AppDynamics
·        Should have experience in onboarding applications in AppDynamics
·         Good Knowledge on ITIL processes
·         Excellent communication to interact with customer on regular basis and influence decision
