Splunk Monitoring – Solution Design and Architect knowledge expert level
AppDynamics Monitoring – Solution Design and Architect knowledge expert level
Expertise in managing Splunk and AppDynamics
Should have experience in onboarding applications in AppDynamics
Good Knowledge on ITIL processes
Excellent communication to interact with customer on regular basis and influence decision
