Job title: SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant (Cloud, Fiori)
Work Location: Issaquah, WA 98027

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) :
1. Experience in application development on SAP Cloud Platform using Fiori framework. This would require experience in areas such as user interfaces, rules for data validation, single sign on (SSO), error handling, integration with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors using OData APIs
2. Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data models
3. Good understanding of Human Resources processes

1. Design the solution by gathering information from the client and prepares detailed requirement specifications functional and nonfunctional, wire frames, use cases, and business process recommendations
2. Conduct workshops for the customer if required.
3. Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit user requirements
