Requirements include strong business analysis related to application development/enhancements, advanced SQL query skills (joins…) and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate proposed system changes for downstream business process and system impact.
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions as well as define project scope and objectives.
• Create Wireframes and lead design sessions with end users and/or development team.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and user stories.
• Oversee testing from Development to UAT, including creating test cases.
• Prioritize and track project issues and defects via JIRA Agile Project Tracker.

 Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst; skilled in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements for new products and information systems.
• Experience conducting testing including UAT and creating and executing test cases.
• Strong SQL querying skills (joins, complex queries, data definition, data modification, programming techniques) to research data issues on backend and assist the business and helpdesk with issues.
• Advanced Excel skills to include VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, conditional formatting and advanced formulas.
• Visio for mapping processes, creating wire frames and visual design of UI.
• Experience leading/facilitating requirement gathering sessions consisting of multiple stakeholders, sponsors and technical teams.
• Well versed in all aspects of the SDLC including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
