SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL)

Work with a small team of Salesforce Developers at a leading financial software company in the Pleasanton, CA area. You will be responsible for making design recommendations and carrying out the development of custom classes in Apex, Visualforce pages, and customer communities.

 

SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL) REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of total experience in the Salesforce space with a recent focus on solution design and business analysis
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer OR possess the ability to create solution designs with little input from development teams
• Experience with customer communities
• Experience with eCommerce or CPQ would be a plus

 

SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL) RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with a team of Salesforce Developers to gather technical requirements for upcoming Salesforce implementation/integration/development projects
• Lead solution design for a customer communities development project and an eCommerce implementation project
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into a coherent roadmap and solution design for the development team
• (Optional) – contribute to development if you are able and interested in doing so
