1)      Data Analytics Lead

BA/BS Degree

4+ years Data Analytics experience

                                4+ years SQL

1+ year experience using Data Loader

Strong understanding of upstream and downstream effects on system changes

Strong Technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience

Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities and tackle urgent work when needed

Solid knowledge of data models

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and thorough work

Top-notch written and verbal skills-English required

A willingness and ability to “dive right in”, self-learn, be effective, and make a difference.

è Resource must have strong Analytics experience; building dashboards and very strong SQL. Using Salesforce to generate reports is a major plus.

 

2)     Senior Tech Support Agent 

 

BA/BS Degree preferably in a Technology field

2+ years of tech support or account management experience

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience

Ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers-executives, end users, and developers

Solid knowledge of email server and client configuration, protocols and troubleshooting highly preferred

Practical knowledge of web environments including DNS, HTTP/S and SSL as well as IOS and mobile platforms

Understanding and working knowledge of web development technologies and concepts including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS experience a plus

Prior experience with Salesforce (especially Admin knowledge), including certifications would be a plus, but not required
