Job Description
Skills and Experience Required:
Care4U Backlog Reduction
Providing Information Technical Leadership - Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Experience, ETL experience
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute tactical components to achieve deliverables set by department manager, to include but not limited to components of projects from design through implementation
2. Improve solution functionality and efficiency with added business value
3. Collaborate closely with other business areas to optimize the use of systems and applications
4. Collaborate with the department manager to systematically evaluate currently deployed services; develop and mange plans to optimize delivery and support mechanism
5. Apply creative thinking in problem solving and identifying opportunities for improvement
6. Provide subject matter expertise for technical guidance, training and direction
7. Provide direction, lead and review of work products and daily tasks for quality
8. Provide feedback on deliverables to staff on a timely basis
9. Assist department manager to leverage staff to develop new programs and systems in relation to assigned responsibilities
10. Establish and maintain professional working relationships between IT and its customers
Need someone who can be a lead of a BI/ETL team in every sense except the HR responsibilities. Work would be 75% as a developer and 25% as a Lead/Mentor.
