Working Knowledge on AVAYA IPO 500, IPO Voicemail, SIP Integration, recording solutions etc.

Excellent Communication Skills, Energetic, Eager to learn and excel, take self-initiative.

 

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Proficient in installation of Avaya IPO Systems.
• Hands on experience with Avaya IPO various versions and models.
• Installation, Configuration, Upgrade & Troubleshooting of IPO 500.
• Worked on MACD request for station data, PRI config, auto attendant etc.
• Experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols (VOIP, SIP, H.323) .
• Good hands on experience on Avaya product.

 

Technical Expertise (Implementation & Support):

Avaya IPO Release 7 through Release 10

Application Enablement services

Avaya IPO Messaging

Avaya Conferencing

Avaya ACD.

 

Experience: 5-6 years

Certification:

 

• Avaya IPO Implementation specialist (ACIS) for IPO
• Avaya IPO support Engineer.(ACSS) for IPO
