Positions: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: Long term

Note: local or west Coast candidates only

Job Description:
1) Review the output of previous efforts. Meet with Project Leadership to understand the environment and potential pitfalls of the effort.
2) Working with the various OHA Program areas and Subject Matter Experts to understand:
1.            a) The business drivers from each area. What are the business goals? What is the 5 or 10 year approach?
2.            b) What are the data requirements in each area? What reports or regulatory requirements are being met by the data collected?
 
The Business Systems Analyst duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
1) Creation of a Conceptual Data Model that addresses the various business requirements.
2) Creation of high-level business process maps.
 

• Additionally, the system is expected to support:
• Improved treatment outcomes for Oregonians through the exchange, analysis and reporting of data.
• Improved business practices and reduced administrative burden for OHA through the ability to better analyze and forecast outcomes and need.
• Improved accountability through improved contract administration.
• Improved customer service and reduced administrative burden to providers.
