Data Product Application Development

Data Product Application Development (Positions : 3) 1912205075

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

a. High Level purpose – add scale to data product development and provide for transition functions with existing teams currently supporting ongoing efforts for data product construction.  Provide data product support, change and feature development across the spectrum of data, services, UI (server) and UI (client).

b. Primary duties – supplement existing teams and product development, be the AT&T/MAC local conduit for development, support, change implementation, and new feature construction for data products.

ix. CI/CD for data product application build and release lifecycle

x. Backend service development for integrated application services, including authentication and authorization services, feature supporting services, use case supporting mechanisms, and BI/reporting capabilities present in the data product application.

xi. Frontend experience and supporting service development, including responsive UI development, highly interactive web application experiences, visualization development and integration, access/login integration, and other content and asset development for an integrated product experience delivered via web application with supporting APIs.

xii. Integration of test driven development (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD) for build and deployment practices to validate functional delivery prior to certification and exposure to application customers.

c. Core skills – Deep understanding of AWS Services like EKS, Lambda, Amazon Gateway API,AWS EMR,SNS,SQS. Experience in data processing platforms, tools, and languages including Scala-Spark, Java, Python, Pig, Hive/SQL. CI/CD integration experience, Snowflake Integration, Understands security constraints including role-based data access controls, least privilege data access, methodology for producing detailed data understanding – including data lineage, data processing pipelines, and data publishing.  Proven ability to build and troubleshoot data engineering processes to restore function.
