Job Description: Partner with business and technology leaders on the end to end scaled agile flow with a focus on process optimization and measurable results. Success in this role will involve a sharp focus on delivery to product roadmaps and flow of customer value, a keen ability to facilitate discussions of project dependencies and risks, and coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) practices and mindsets. 

Accountable for driving the strategic, org-wide execution of the SAFE construct and the PI Flow. 

Work with Value Stream Leaders and key executive stakeholders to drive ongoing clarity of strategy, decisions, and execution alignment.

 Drive visibility and transparency of dates, milestones, and dependencies throughout the PI Process. 

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups (programs) with competing priorities. 

Foster constructive and pro-active communication across organizational boundaries to ensure PI goals and priorities, key decisions, and status is clear to all. 

Be an advocate and educator within Audible of Agile and SAFE best practices. Maintain a strong connection with resources outside the organization to bring in recent research, data, and tools that can continue to mature Agile. 

Assess skill sets to coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets in planning, execution, and launch.  Define best-of tooling and automation to optimize data flow and accessibility through Program Teams and the PI Process. 

Optimize PI Planning readiness by fostering preparation of Vision, Backlogs, and Ideation processes. 

Facilitate synchronization meetings such as mid-PI assessments or Scrum of Scrum meetings.
