We are looking for Candidates having 10-12 years of testing experience with strong technical knowledge and have capability to drive business requirements into testing objectives and deliverables aligned to clients organizational Goal. The candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands on experience in Health Insurance domain, including HealthEdge product suite with ability to strategize and manage QA activities for an end-to-end platform implementation. Skills & Knowledge: - Hands on Experience on Health Insurance application Testing
- Proficient in test tools –Selenium, HIPPA Suite, SOAPUI, Junit, JMeter etc.
- Good understanding of Functional vs Non Functional testing aspects
- Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure) infrastructure and applications
- Exposure to multi-tenant system testing
- Domain –Health Insurance with Payor, Provider, Member and Claims experience; Experience in HealthEdge product suite will be desirable
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) – ability to communicate effectively with client leadership, and team members
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel and shift between projects
- Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes
