QA Tester
Albuquerque, NM
12+ Months.
The candidate should have at least 8+ years of hands on experience in Health Insurance domain, including HealthEdge product suite.
Detailed Roles & Responsibility
· Evaluates tools, frameworks for test automation, test management, defect management and knowledge management
· Establishes an effective Testing Governance Framework
· Responsible for the design of overall Test Architecture and architect specific solutions in alignment with the overall Priority Advantage vision
· Work with the IT and test teams to ensure solution quality
· Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance to strategy, architecture and guidelines
· Define Strategy & Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
· Responsible for Risk Management and mitigation plans
· Participates and drives discussions across the implementation cycle and define the Roadmap for testing
· Responsible for test assets reuse, and tools adoption
· Act as escalation point for testing team on technical issues
· Strong client relationship management skills.
· Strong planning and leadership skills.
· Support in building a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
Skills & Knowledge:
· Hands on Experience on Health Insurance application Testing
· Proficient in test tools – Selenium, HIPPA Suite, SOAPUI, Junit, JMeter etc.
· Good understanding of Functional vs Non Functional testing aspects
· Exposure to multi-tenant system testing
· Domain – Health Insurance with Payor, Provider, Member and Claims experience; Experience in HealthEdge product suite will be desirable
· Excellent communicator (verbal and written) – ability to communicate effectively with client leadership, and team members
· Ability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel and shift between projects
· Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes
