Title Job: BIOS Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Type: Full time

 

Job Description:

 

·         6-8 years of experience in Embedded Firmware dev. with Strong knowledge of C,C++, Linux Kernel development and/or windows device driver development

·         UEFI EDK II code development

·         Experience in integration of 3rd party SDKs for communication with HW

·         Knowledge on Agile methodologies and Scrum

·         Experience in design and development with RTOS, embedded OS’s etc.

·         Knowledgeable in PC Architecture

·         Analytic ability to research technical issues and generate creative and innovative solutions. 

·         Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent

·         Knowledge on PowerShell scripting is an added advantage

Process Skills:

·         Capable of collaborating with multiple teams for technical trade-off and development of complex features

·         Develop methodologies and tools to measure and enhance security and quality of BIOS.

Behavioral Skills:

·         Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

·         Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

·         Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
