Job Description:

 

Prior experience in coordinating with Microsoft will be added advantage.

 

•             8+ years of experience.

•             Great troubleshooting skills

•             Office 365 Client setup

•             Office 365 Clients & Applications (in general)

•             O365 Hybrid environment knowledge

•             Exchange/Outlook permissions & delegation knowledge

•             Skype for Business client & modal knowledge

•             Active Directory/Azure AD user management

•             Network Background & general knowledge

•             Scripting knowledge (PowerShell)

•             SCCM familiarity (Application deployment)

•             Windows 10/Windows 7 deployment knowledge

•             Capability to interface with our Associates and communicate effectively with them on technical issues

•             Working Support cases with Microsoft Premier technical support
