Role : Sr. ETL Developer
Location : Pittsburgh, PA
Duration : 6 Months
Interview : Phone and F2F
 
We're looking for and ETL Developer (Informatica) Interested candidates should have 7+ years of relevant technology experience and hands-on experience with data toolsets (data warehouse, data marts, data lake, 3NF and dimensional models, modeling tools, and profiling tools).
Responsibilities of the Sr. ETL Developer

• Provide analysis, architecture, design, development and quality assurance services to enhance and extend the Data Repository.
• Participate in data architecture definition, design, and implementation
• Working with Data-architects to understand the conceptual/ logical/physical models, best-practices, design patterns etc. applicable to the solution being developed
• Working with various IT groups at client that manage Policy/Claims/other source systems, to develop, test and troubleshoot data loads originating from those sources and ending up in the EDW

Requirements of the Sr. ETL Developer

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with data toolsets (data warehouse, data marts, data lake, 3NF and dimensional models, modeling tools, and profiling tools)
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Informatica Skills
• Knowledge of data modeling and design patterns and the ability to apply them
• Understanding of IT processes (quality assurance, release management, production support etc.)
