Detailed Job Description:
OIM Senior developer required for Onsite location.
Should have 7 plus years of IT experience and at least 4 years of OIM development experience.
Should have excellent business and technical communication skills
7+ years of strong IT experience including architecture, implementation & support of Identity Management, Provisioning/Identity Workflows, Access Management, Database design, Java Programming, Web Services, Single Sign on, RBAC (Role Based Access Control), Auditing, Compliance, Attestation & Report Generation.
Hands-on experience in engineering and administration of Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions.
Experienced in implementation, development of customizations for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
Experience in configuring and deploying connectors for directory services like Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) and Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience with building custom connectors from initial stage based on requirements in both legacy and the ICF framework.
Extensive experience in deployment, configuration, customization and integration of Oracle Identity and Access Management suite components.
Thorough knowledge on Oracle connectors like Active Directory (AD), LDAP (OID, LDAPv3), DB Applications Table (DBAT), DB User management (DBUM), Exchange and other connectors.
Good Understanding of Automated Policy Synchronization for OAM centralized administration in Multi data center (MDC) environment.
Experience in implementing Identity Management, LDAP Directories, Single/Reduced Sign-On (SSO), Access Management controls, federation technologies, Security Infrastructure Design, Authentication & Authorization technologies.
Experience in developing solutions for Provisioning and de-provisioning, Access Management, Compliance and auditing frameworks.
