Responsibilities:

 

Technical Tead (US based):

Job Description:

1. Lead the development and code review for the Engage 1.0 project by working with the Architect and following the Salesforce best practices

2. Help developers resolve various technical challenges and raise technical caveats with the architect

3. Develop complex logics for the release user stories and support hotfixes to the production issues

4. Support the continuous integration process w.r.t the development, such as resolving GIT related issues, following branching strategies, working with developers to resolve code scan issues, assisting sandbox and production deployments

 

Requirements:

1. Strong at algorithms, object-oriented programming, and large data volumes solutions

2. Good at writing APEX triggers in a bulkified manner

3. Aware of the differences and considerations within various Web Service approaches

4. Able to implement complex APEX logics by efficiently using Collection classes

5. Able to refactor the existing code and develop re-usable components

6. Experience with Lighting Components & Lightning Design System is add-on

 

Location : Titusville, NJ

 Experience : 8-13yrs

• Apttus Technical Hands On Knowledge is a must  

• Can work independently on Apttus implementation

• Previous Experience of working as a Apttus Developer

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and administration

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customization e.g. Apex Class, trigger, VF Pages etc.

• Salesforce certifications for developer track (e.g. Admin, Platform Builder etc.) is a must" Design a solution and organize design review session

• Work with Salesforce/Apttus on platform limitations

• Work independently on Apttus Development work assigned

• Prepare relevant documentation for development (Design, Tech Spec, Unit Testing log etc.)

Salesforce PM - SFDC Agile PM with Certified Scrum Master is highly preferred (even over deep SFDC experience)

Salesforce Support Analyst -

 Responsibilities:

* Provide Salesforce applications technical L2/L3 Incident management support - Resolve user issues submitted via ticketing system, phone, or email.

* Work on Salesforce user issues related to Apex Code and Administration activities (E.g.: Lightning Code related component code related issues, business data issues, Reports, Dashboard, Integration code related issues, etc.)

* Work on root cause analysis and resolve user issues submitted via ticketing system, phone, or email and provide solutions to salesforce development teams (after P1-P3 Incident analysis)

* Able to develop and deliver Minor, Medium level salesforce enhancements using Salesforce Lightning code.

* Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process to reduce workloads & create proficiencies

* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements

* Setup calls with MCS (Salesforce Support) teams to provide root cause on any salesforce major issues.

* Manage users, data, and security and sharing

* Must have Salesforce Administration and Good to have Dev Platform 1 Certification

* Willing to learn new dev applications (related to salesforce application) to provide support

Location : Phoenix,AZ(Lightning exp mandatory) / Auburn Hills ,MI  

Experience: 7+ yrs

Lightning exp is mandatory only for the Phoenix position

 

Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience

Must already be a Salesforce Certified Developer I

CTI Integrartion To Salesforce is a mandatory

Experience with declarative frameworks on workflows, custom settings, process builder and Lightning

Superior Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML,Javascript, CSS, and HTML.

Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch,sync / async
