Role: Sr. Architect

Location: Cleveland/Cincinnati, Ohio
Interviews: Phone+ Skype
Duration: 7+ months

Project Overview
The project is a post-launch support. 50% bug resolution and 50% new feature.

Role & Responsibilities
* Technically lead and mentor software development teams
* Explain application architecture decisions and their rationales to client management and technical teams
* Lead small to medium sized development teams
* Act as a Development Manager and Mentor for assigned technology staff
* Manage technical implementation tasks, time and resources
* Accurately estimate implementation effort required based on available information

Notes:  Looking for a hands-on development (C#/Java) manager / Tech Lead who has been a full stack architect.
