• 3-4 yrs experience leading a development team (onshore/offshore mix)
• 3-yrs core BPM experience (PD, IID)
• 1-yr Biz Rules, ODM
• Good handle of Services, SQL, UI technologies
• SDLC knowledge, work estimation
• Sound Best Practices in solution and design
