Title:- Business System Analyst
Location:- Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 + Months
Overall Responsibilities:
· Extensive coordination/facilitation between the business and technical team to align on Business Continuity data.
· Gather requirements and documentation in the form of Business Requirements Document, Functional specifications document and the process of as-is and to-be documentation.
· Create mockups for the requirements.
· Define and document use cases, test cases, navigation and the website requirements.
· Assess and report on accuracy of Business Continuity data, and implement corrective action to address inconsistencies
Details:
· Conduct BAU activities for RTO and RPO Discrepancy Management.
· Enhance existing methods and tools to streamline the preparation and execution of End to End Process Exercising.
· Develop staffing model to identify a permanent team in 2019 to support larger exercise scope.
· Facilitate meetings with the business and the team to gather requirements and review documentation.
· Facilitate the business documenting the list of all actions and test scenarios to be conducted by the business users.
· Ensure and facilitate user acceptance and end user testing during the exercising.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
· 5-7 years of relevant experience
· 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation, and testing of newly created application software.
· Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and toolsets, requirements management methodologies and toolsets, requirements visualization methods and toolsets, and artifact versioning tools.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as this role will interface with the business.
