Description: The Company is seeking recruitment services for a PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions re-Implementation – Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway. Company has been using another recruiting system for 3 years and has determined to re-implement PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions.
 
Minimum qualifications for this position:
Candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
 
· Fit-Gap sessions for multiple Company employee associations (JCEA, JESPA, JCAA; Teachers, Classified, Administrators), from application to hire
· Setup Map – list of requirements in setup and/or conversion
· Use of Job competencies on Job posting requirements
· Applicant attachments should follow the Hired Employee
· Smart Hire Templates – fed by integration from the current non-PeopleSoft recruiting system, as well as PeopleSoft online entry
· Company uses the Manage Hires component
· Company uses a custom Onboarding activity guide; would like to implement the PeopleSoft delivered Onboarding
· Company uses Profile Management extensively for tracking License, Endorsements, Education, Tests, and some Company custom configured category types
· Company is seeking a tool that is highly configured for School Principals and Department Managers, in the K-12 hiring environment, with specifics per the job families
· Target go-live date is January 2019 for all job families (associations), with possible early go-live for early adopters by job family
· User/functional support on the project will be in-house Company staff from the HR team
· Technical support on the project will be in-house Company staff, with consultant supplements if needed
· The project will be managed by the Company Business Technology Support Project Manager
