Detailed Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferably computer science or software development
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise application using IBM BPM
Should have worked on the latest version of IBM BPM software
Experience in leading team and should have experience on design and code reviews using IBM BLUEWORKS
Must understand development process models waterfall, agile etc.
Must understand design patterns, have strong communication skills
