You should have experience with the following:
* Experience supporting 24×7, high availability internet application environments that include web, application and database servers and load balancing systems
* Azure experience or Heroku experience
* Python - Must have
* Kubernetes - Must have
* Docker and associated containerization technologies (e.g. Mesosphere Marathon, Kubernetes, Docker cloud)
* Building Continuous Integration/Deployments pipelines (using technologies like Ansible, Puppet, and chef)
* Networking and load balancing
* Monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, elastic search ELK stack, splunk, logging sites like logentries)
* Security (SSL certs, secure system design)
* Sound technical understanding and administration of Linux distributions (eg Ubuntu, CentOS)
* System administration experience (e.g. can pull together system images including appropriate dependencies and packages)
 

Nice to have skills:
* frameworks like flask and Django, a strong plus
* bash, shell - scripting a strong plus
* Message bus or queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), a plus
