Looking for System Analysis for Pega systems 1. Pharmacy Benefit Management Domain experience • Healthcare Claims and Benefits and regulatory compliance • Understanding of security implications of OBM domain

 

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

 

1. Strong problem-solving and lead business analysis skills 2. Strong documentation skills 3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership Team Information: 

 

Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE,B Tech, MCA, MTech, MBA

 

Desired years of experience :  9+

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Interview stakeholders to elicit and document moderately complex business needs for modifications to system application, and define functional, high-level, and detailed system requirements for requested software changes 2. Drive solution design review discussions between IT resources and business requestors to resolve questions regarding requested software changes, and participate with Quality Assurance resources to review related test cases and/or scenarios. Report issues, risks, and project status to management 3. Drive activities to ensure team and system development processes are improving and evolving to respond to changing business needs 4. Other duties as assigned
