Role: Healthcare Business Analyst with Database background
Location: Richmond, VA
Rate: $53/hr on C2C

Should have strong healthcare domain knowledge. Anthem experience will be added advantage.
Strong SQL skills to write adhoc queries for data analysis /data profiling.
Strong data profiling knowledge
Have experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions/ meetings by facilitating a group of Subject Matter Experts to elicit business requirements.
Have experience in conducting business requirement walk-throughs, Facilitate technical requirements walk-through with Dev, SIT and UAT teams.
Have experience in requirements to ReqPro/JIRA , Trace back to Stake holder requests.
Have experience in UAT test cases preparation and test strategy plan by identifying all possible business scenarios from Business owners.
Have experience in user validation in UAT environment.
Fluent in system analysis, impact gap analysis
Determine and document technical responses, source target mapping docs
Good communication skills
Knowledge in Hadoop platform will be added advantage
Potential to learn the system quickly
