Ensure that the proposed solution meets the client's requirements, is architecturally complete, and all architectural risks are quantified within their assigned area. Supports client engagements with portfolio knowledge and implementation experience. Ensure that the solution aligns with and utilizes the portfolio offerings that result in profitable revenue growth. Act as a technical interface to the client and assumes a proactive role for developing business opportunities. Implement quality solutions that meet the requirements and advises clients on AST offerings, strategy, designs, implementation approaches and alternatives / tradeoffs. Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and assists in creating change orders. Participate in strategic planning activities and business case development. Participate in strategy presentations to clients including features, implementation approach, technical requirements, impacts, and benefits. Perform responsibilities including solution proposal management, solution design, solution review, risk analysis, proposal preparation and client presentations. Provide technical oversight for technical estimates created with standards tools, portfolio Work Breakdown Structures, statements of work and industry standard estimating techniques. Architect a complete solution using appropriate offerings with design elements that allow integration into client environment.  Create architectural demo's. Provide input to the project plan and work breakdown structure Maintain knowledge of technologies, industry trends, standards and design techniques. Fill a lead architect role to develop or refine solution designs based on AST offerings and interfaces with the client on all issues related to the design, implementation, testing and cutover of the solution. Work with client stakeholders to evaluate the solution requirements and supports the management and traceability of requirements during the engagement Provide project oversight and acts as a subject matter expert resource to clients on Portfolio Solution processes, required products, product configuration, solution integration, implementation methodologies, resource requirements and implementation timelines. Develop and refines solution design models using standard industry modeling languages and the AST toolset. Work with client technical staff during the requirements definition and implementation to resolve issues Assume accountability for the solution design and the successful implementation of the full solution. May include hands-on development, design, prototyping and/or other efforts required to keep the project on a successful track. Maintain and report on implementation status and changes to risks, estimates or schedule What You'll Bring Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT implementation experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Should have public sector experience of Projects, Grants and Budgetary Controls. Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP experience is a must. Should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle PPM Project Costing, Grants and Awards, Budgets. Prior financial accounting experience or relevant degree. Sufficient exposure to clients across a variety of industries and domains Strong communications skills with the ability to interface with all levels of internal and client project teams.
