Position: Scrum Master
Location: Oaks, PA
$60/hr. max
Scrum Master
- Min 8 years’ experience Financial services/ wealth management
- Manage release and sprint planning
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Identify and Track cross team dependencies to ensure they are well understood and meet project objectives
- Identify impediments and eliminate them
- Well versed in SAFe agile principles
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Sprint and PSI planning meetings
- Prepare weekly release and sprint metric by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Present metrics to senior management and customer
- Participate in road map / release planning
- Participate in SOS and coordinates with other scrum master as and when necessary
- Help Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape
- Conduct retrospective meetings
- Participate in the coordination of activities of internal project personnel, business teams, technology resources and external vendors
- Monitor and track plans and release mile

Designed and documented skillset from new sources or existing ones to provide performance oriented dimensional model.
Future Technologies to be focused include , Good understanding of Python, Pyspark for distributed computing (Databricks) , knowledge of Snowflake most of it closely related to other sql db's with its own cloud variation. (provide performance oriented design)
Understanding of Cloud technologies and their functionality for creating robust data pipelines, Azure, Aws (future roadmap is to be move to Aws)

Must Have
· Experience 5 - 8 Years
· Hands-on Experience with React JS, Node JS, MVC, API/Microservices, Restful Web services, web applications, JSM, transactional databases

· Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
· 5 years of experience on software engineering
· Experience with CI/CD delivery model
· Experience in working with COTS/On-Premises, as well as SaaS solutions
· Decent Knowledge /Experience working in Agile Environment
· Ability to analyze and trouble shoot production issues
· Experience with either Oracle and/or SQL databases (with focus on application development and not as a DBA)
· Willingness and right demeanor towards learning other platforms
· Good Communication, level of energy, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
Good to Have
· Experience in Banking domain
· Working knowledge on AWS Could Infrastructure
· Experience working with middleware with enterprise integration services/solutions
· Implementation experience with SAAS/PAAS based solutions
· Experience implementing solutions using Agile/Kanban/Iterative delivery methodologies
