We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with GenAI expertise to lead enterprise AI adoption using Now Assist. This client-facing role combines traditional ServiceNow architecture with AI/GenAI strategy, design, and implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years IT experience; 5+ years ServiceNow Architecture
• 2+ years in AI / GenAI (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration)
• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM; CMDB, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Enterprise-scale implementation experience
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead GenAI adoption and design AI-driven workflows using Now Assist
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow + AI solutions
• Run discovery workshops, solution demos, and value sessions
• Guide development teams and resolve architectural challenges
