Short Description: Enhance customer experiences through expert content design, shape products and services at a leading financial institution.

As a Content Design Senior Associate in CCB Operations, you will play an important role in shaping customer experiences through content,  and building customer confidence across our products and services. Using your expertise in content design principles, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework. While collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency, your influence will extend to product design, architecture, and functionality. 

 Job responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectives 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audience 
  • Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement 
  • Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences 
  • Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platforms 
  • Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing 
  • Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content 
  • Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement 
  • Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience 
  • Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings 

 

Position # 2: UX Content strategists / designers

JD: User Experience Design Senior Associate

Short Description: Lead in crafting user-centric designs for digital products, focusing on inclusivity and accessibility in the financial sector. 

Long Description:  

Contribute to innovative experience design, blending user needs with business goals in the dynamic environment of financial services. 

As an Experience Design Senior Associate in CCB Operations you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our internal and external products and services by leveraging your advanced knowledge of experience design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that cater to a diverse range of users. As a core contributor, align user needs with business goals. Your strong understanding of the financial services industry and JPMC's IT systems will contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings, navigating complex problems and driving strategic thinking. Your impact will be significant in the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. 

 Job responsibilities 

  • Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices 
  • Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction 
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines to ensure our products and services cater to a diverse range of users 
  • Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings 
  • Assist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking 

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services 
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite) 
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels 
  • Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making 
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences 

 

 

Position # 3: 2 UX Researcher

JD: Experience Research Senior Associate

Short Description: Lead the user experience research, translating insights into impactful design recommendations.

Bring your industry trends and knowledge to our team and shape exceptional user experiences through cutting-edge research, influencing product design and functionality. 

As an Experience Research Senior Associate in CCB Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across our internal and external products and services. Leveraging advanced proficiency in research methods, analysis, and both quantitative and qualitative techniques, identify customer needs and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations. You will act as a core contributor to aid in developing research studies that answer user needs. Your work will directly impact the design, architecture, and functionality of our offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to discussions on design and research, and leading the decision on which methods best suit key design questions. 

 Job responsibilities 

  • Conduct and execute research studies using advanced research methods, such as surveys, interviews, ethnography, and quantitative and qualitative techniques, to gather customer insights 
  • Analyze and interpret data, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to inform user experience design decisions and facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction and engagement 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of user insights into product development processes based on research findings 
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of experience research strategies and connect craft work to business goals and success metrics, taking into consideration downstream implications 
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into team insights 

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in generative and evaluative user experience research, employing advanced research methods and techniques 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey and interview design, ethnography, and data analysis 
  • Advanced knowledge of user experience design principles and practices, with a focus on how ethnographic principles influence effective user experiences 
  • Advanced understanding of current research methodologies, with the ability to review and understand how to apply current research practices to better inform experience designs
